Dr. D. Karthikeyan

Dr. D. Karthikeyan is one of India's most respected Director of Radiology and Senior Clinical Radiologists, with 29 years of distinguished practice spanning diagnostic radiology, cross-sectional imaging, advanced cardiac imaging, academic authorship, and institutional leadership. A recipient of the prestigious Ida Scudder Medal from the Radiology Association of India, he holds an international Visiting Fellowship in Cardiovascular Imaging from Stanford University, USA, and has undergone advanced training in MRI and MRS at the Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute (SGPGI), Lucknow. Dr. Karthikeyan has authored 6 Handbooks and 2 Textbooks in Radiology, trained generations of radiology residents as a National Board faculty, and led radiology departments across South India with a rare convergence of clinical excellence, academic rigor, and institutional commitment. He is widely recognized as one of the most academically distinguished radiologists in Chennai and South India.
