Overview
Dr. Jedidiah Samraj is a dedicated Junior Consultant in Cardiothoracic and Aortic Surgery at SIMS Hospital, Chennai, bringing over 10 years of surgical experience with a strong foundation in general surgery and advanced training in cardiac and aortic surgery. He completed his MBBS from Thoothukudi Government Medical College, his MS in General Surgery from Thanjavur Medical College, and his MCh in Cardiothoracic Surgery from the prestigious Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research, Bengaluru. Prior to his super-specialization, Dr. Jedidiah served as Assistant Professor of General Surgery across multiple government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu, performing both open and laparoscopic procedures. He further honed his cardiac surgical skills as Senior Registrar at the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, Karnataka, where he performed valve surgeries, before joining SIMS Hospital where he assists in complex aortic procedures and adult cardiac surgeries.
