Dr. Premanand N is an AIIMS-trained Surgical Oncologist in Chennai specializing in advanced cancer surgery and complex oncologic procedures. Having trained at some of India’s most prestigious cancer centers such as AIIMS New Delhi, Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai, and Cancer Institute Adyar, he has extensive expertise in the management of complex and advanced-stage cancers. His clinical practice focuses on precision cancer surgery, particularly for abdominal, thoracic, and peritoneal malignancies, offering advanced treatments such as cytoreductive surgery with HIPEC, minimally invasive oncologic surgery, and complex thoracic and lung cancer resections.
