Family-Centred Care & Innovation
Understanding the anxiety parents experience when a newborn is admitted to the NICU, SIMS Hospital offers a virtual NICU viewing facility, allowing parents—especially mothers—to see their baby from their room. This innovative approach helps reduce anxiety, promotes bonding, supports lactation, and aids maternal recovery.
For preterm babies discharged from the NICU, our trained nursing staff provide home visits to assess the baby’s condition and support mothers during early recovery.
